Before the announcement – some blogkeeping…

  • If you commented on my Strengths Out Loud post, please email me if you’re interested in being part of a spin-off post. And please include a photo! 🙂
  • Don’t forget to check out this post for a “secret” giveaway!

Are you going to try to make it to the Healthy Living Summit this year? I sure hope so!

Healthy Living Summit

Because this chick is leading a panel discussion on motivation and goals!!

Join Tina from Faith Fitness Fun for an in-depth discussion on what drives the motivation behind our health, fitness, and blogging goals – with and without the use of numbers. In this session you will gain a variety of motivational tactics, learn possible fallbacks to common approaches for tracking a goal’s progress, and discuss ways to stay purposeful and realistic with your aspirations. Leave with a renewed determination, a healthier focus, and the belief in yourself to achieve.

My first “speaking gig” (if you want to call it that). Super pumped!!!!
