Time for another FFF Features post. Have a great weekend y’all!

Featured Move: Push-Ups!

[click here if the video is not displaying properly for you]

I love the classic moves. Pull-ups, squats, lunges…and push-ups. They are such a great move for upper body strength. And SUCH a challenge! They were part of the light circuits I did this past week. Today I wanted to see my starting level of push-up fitness. How many do you think I can do? Watch the video to find out!

  11. Dang you have great form. I can do them but struggle. You should be applauded for doing so well so soon after baby. Keep it up and you’ll be cranking out 20 in no time 🙂

  12. Rach says:

Look at you with your push ups! I’m so impressed! I tried to do push ups the other day (like the real push ups, not the girl pushups) and I got to a grand total of one and a half, haha! It was embarrassing, but a good wake up call that I’m not as strong as I think I am.

  13. I have Angela’s running series bookmarked as well! And I’m doing the vegan challenge. 🙂

Baby Braedon has soo much hair! Cutie of the day for sure!

Since finding your blog I have decided to add strength training to my workouts. I usually only run/walk with a little yoga thrown in. Just this morning I decided, like you, to see where I was with push-ups. I am not kidding!! And the magic number was- ONE! Wow, that is bad but it can only get better. I’ve definitely got work to do.
