Spreading The Love Giveaway

Posted: April 20, 2011 at 6:21 pm

You all have seen Love Grown Foods granola popping up on my blog recently in breakfasts and snacks. The fabulous company sent some my way to review because they believe in their product so much and wanted to spread the love.

I received three full-sized bags of their granola – Cocoa Goodness, Raisin Almond Crunch, and Sweet Cranberry Pecan.

Can you tell which bag the husband got to during one of his snack attacks?

I also received a few small individual portion packs of the granola as well, which are great for on the go!

I mentioned before that the granola is like crack. I’m not joking. The bags pictured above have significantly diminished since that photo. I think this ranks up there as the best granola I have ever eaten. Each flavor has the perfect amount of sweetness and crunch (with Sweet Cranberry Pecan as my favorite). I love all the oat clusters and the add-ins. So many nuts, coconut, and chocolate chips!

I also love that each serving size seems more significant than standard granola. You know I am all about volume eating, so getting more granola per serving size always works for me. It provides plenty of fun flavor to top off my oats in the morning or to use in mock apple crumble snacks.

And is undeniably satisfying. To top it all off, this granola could not have purer ingredients. Free of hydrogenated oils, refined sugars, artificial preservatives, gluten, artificial flavors, high fructose corn syrup. Just as their tagline states – simply oat clusters and love.

Now, Love Grown Foods wants to spread the love to YOU, my dear readers. One of you will win three full-sized (large!) bags of their granola to top your yogurt and smoothies or munch away to your heart’s delight.

  13. Song says:

I love that the company encourages being healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. So many times, we forget the spiritual aspect to being healthy – but it’s so true of me, that in order for me to even think healthy physically, mentally and emotionally, I need to put my spiritual health in check first in order for the other things to fall into place.

  14. Kacy says:

The granola sounds delicious. I tweeted!

  15. aubrey says:

i love that their granola is not very high in fat!

  16. I love the natural ingredients and that they sweeten with agave and honety. The cocoa goodness looks amazing!

  17. I love that they feature “consumers of the month”. I think the word consumer here doesn’t mean purchaser, but literally consumer. Someone consuming (eating) their granola! 🙂 Can’t wait to try some!

of COURSE I like FFF on FB!!! 🙂

  36. it looks like such a cool company. i can’t believe taht if you post 5 pictures of their granola on facebook they’ll send you a carepackage. what other company does that??????

  37. Sarah says:

What I find interesting is that the ingredients seem so simple, but people are going crazy over this stuff! I’d love to try some!

  38. Cabrina says:

I love that their products are free of unhealthy ingredients, and that they choose ingredients that encourage people to lead a healthy lifestyle.

  39. Jeannie says:

I ‘Like’d you on FB. I love the all natural ingredients and use of agave nectar. I use agave nectar as a sweetener at home.

  40. Kristina says:

I love that they wanted to start a movement, rather than looking at it as starting a business. That’s a very positive thing to think!

  41. I liked your facebook page

  42. I like their philosophy that you are what you surround yourself with. I’ve always been a big believer in the “show me your friends and I’ll show you the kind of person you are” school of thought. I think when you surround yourself with happy, healthy, positive people you’re more likely to not only think that way yourself but also succeed and that helps make a healthy lifestyle more maintainable.

  43. Margaret says:

I love that the serving size is 1/4 cup and only 130 calories for most varieties. Most granolas are much higher in calories!

  44. Erin says:

It’s cool that they have a “races” page! Well, technically it’s an events page, but still kind of neat. Reading the story it also looks like they started the company (or at least developed the idea) when they were still in college. Talk about a young entrepreneur success story!
