Welcome to my “Body After Baby” page! I hope to share that it IS possible to get your body back after having a baby...and that it doesn't take extreme measures, deprivation, and fatigue. All you need is some patience, consistency, and determination.

From START (1/18/11) to CURRENT (10/11/11)
Since I have reached my "happy weight", I have stopped the monthly Body After Baby progress photos. I still plan to do another photo update at 1 year . But for now - I had a non-scale victory of getting back into "the jeans".
