Exposed: It took a lot to post a picture of myself in a bikini at eight months pregnant. To this day, I think this post expresses the main message I hope to deliver through this blog more eloquently than any other I have shared. It humbles me and inspires me all in one.

I Had A Baby Last Night: By far my most popular post. The post boomed after I shared it and even crashed my site for a bit. I guess you all wanted to see my video of brand new Baby B. And now he’s crawling!!!! Time goes too fast.

I’ve Got Something To Say!: I don’t avoid controversial topics. I will happily trod into the dark conversation zones from which others may shy away. This post isn’t really one of those. This post did, however, stem from a few controversial comments and emails I had received regarding how quickly I got back to blogging and working out regularly after Braedon’s birth.
I had received two separate emails with the following statements: “don’t you think its a little selfish to spend time blogging with a new baby?” and “you say take care of our bodies, but then you don’t do that yourself after JUST GIVING BIRTH!!”. It still surprises me I received such statements, but it also solidifies my belief in the importance of doing things for ourselves and letting negativity roll off your back. Whenever I think controversy on my blog, I remember how I felt typing this post in response to such comments.

How I Overcame Binge Eating: I get more emails about my binge eating journey than any other topic. I loved putting all those thoughts into a cohesive post to hopefully continue reaching out to those struggling and help others see they are not alone.
Surprisingly Successful

What 2147 Calories Looks Like: I had NO clue this post would get the attention it has. In all honesty, I worried the post would seem like a cop out since the bulk of it simply listed out my meals and their calories. I went with it, though, and am so glad I did. It got some great discussion going!
Not Enough Success

How I Create Strength Training Plans: I don’t really like saying any post didn’t have enough success. Having a place to talk incessantly and you all here to support that makes every post a huge success by my standards. However, if I had to choose, I would say my post where I laid out step-by-step ways to come up with a strength training plan. It took a fair amount of effort to create and I thought it was very helpful, but it seemed to get lost in the shuffle of other posts.
Post You’re Most Proud Of

Hard To Write: The post where I laid out my secret dreams for all to read was a pretty proud moment. My nerves raced as I hit publish, but I immediately felt so freed sharing my hopes. It helped motivate me to now take steps to see them happen.
That was fun! And now to tag some other blog friends! I hate picking off the top of my head, so I randomly went to one of my super old posts and picked a few of you great friends that have been around for a lonnngggg time. Muah!

I started reading about a year ago… I think I found you from PBFingers?
I’ve been reading *I think* close to a year now. I know I found you in the comments section of someone else’s blog, but I don’t remember who’s. I haven’t had the internet for the past two months while I went through a recent move, so I’ve been slacking in the reading and commenting department – but I LOVE your seven posts list. They’re some of my favorite posts by you too! My favorite thing about you as a blogger is how you don’t shy away from stating your opinion and tackling a tough subject – keep up the awesome writing!
I can honestly say that your posts are definitely some of the most heartfelt and inspiring posts I’ve ever read. You are such a motivation, girl!

I remember all of those posts – and I remember when you emailed me to tell me you had Braedon before that video went up. I was sooo excited and I still can’t get over how you had him during a blizzard.. in ATLANTA! So crazy.
About a year ago when I first started reading healthy living blogs, your site was one of the first ones I really followed. I can’t exactly remember how I found it …maybe from Cait’s or Julie’s blog? Wherever I did, I am so thankful for stumbling upon Faith, Fitness and Fun 🙂

I loved all of these posts 🙂 And I am surprised your workout plan post didn’t get as much attention as others. There was a lot of content there, and I remember reading every word, but sometimes, I think posts like that don’t get a lot of comments simply because the words are digested but there isn’t always a heck of a lot to say. If that makes sense. Hmm, I’ve been reading most heavily since right before you had Braeden. I started reading last year — I don’t remember how I found your blog but I remember getting “hooked” during your 30 days of self love.
I think it’s been about 5-6 months for me… I know it was after you had baby B but I went back and read some older posts on occasion too. I’m going back and reading (or rereading) these posts now :).

As a mom of two, I enjoyed seeing your body after baby progress. As difficult as motherhood can be, it is even harder when you are judged for the choices you make. These are all amazing posts, Tina. You continue to inspire me in so many different ways, but probably mostly as a healthy body image role model.
Yesterday I (finally, after a year of blogging) published a post about my struggles with food and how I came out of it…and I think that was, in large part, due to your courage of expressing yourself on this blog. It took me a long time to figure out how to write it in a way I felt good about it, but as I was writing it I thought about you and how you manage to write about your past struggles in a way that is incredibly inspiring and uplifting.
Thank you so much for all of your beautiful posts. They have really impacted me, and feel lucky to have people like you to look up to!

I started reading your blog about 6 months ago and now it is the tops of my “must-reads.” I think your “period posts” and the entire series of pregnancy posts were the first ones I read… I am TTC and have admittedly struggled with some of the emotions that comes along with that. I think I found you about 4 or 5 months ago, right before starting my own blog. I have to say, I love the topics you choose to write about. You have a great balance of “normal” everyday kind of stuff with “tougher” topics. Love it!
I LOVE your blog. You aren’t willing to shy away from scary topics and you give your readers the full story. “Exposed” was an amazing post and you should be really proud of it, and yourself. Your blog embodies what I created my blog to do, teach others how to have self-love, without all of the numbers and judgements.
