No Greater Pain

….than seeing your child in pain or discomfort.

IMGP1184

Poor baby B was diagnosed with an upper respiratory tract infection today. He woke up suddenly with a barking, wheezing cough yesterday afternoon and trouble breathing. I spent most of last night awake with him asleep in my arms. Although the infection is not anything severe and apparently caused by a basic virus, it has caused my little man’s air passages to swell. So, we have to do nebulizer breathing treatments. I say it again – there is no greater pain or sadness than seeing your child in pain or discomfort. I pray he feels much better soon….which he should, thank God. And thank you to those of you who have sent well wishes our way on Twitter and Facebook.

Poor thing! I remember having to do those treatments with my little guy (well, little at the time!), too. They’re not very fun.
Hang in there and he’ll be better in no time!

No fun! Thinking about you guys and hope he feels better quickly. Dealing with a sick kiddo is less than fun and especially when they are so little and don’t understand.

  6. Kristi says:

I hope Baby B is doing better. There is nothing worse than sitting and watching your baby be sick and wishing that you could take their place.
