Fitbloggin Stinks & FFF Features

This conference is AWFUL!

IMGP1231

I wish I was at home.

P1140435

The people are all rude, unwelcoming, and mean-spirited.

IMGP1245

The food tastes like scraps from the dumpsters outside.

P1140427IMGP1230

The city has absolutely no charm or appeal whatsoever.

I just want to cry miserable, unhappy tears at the lack of fun I am having.

  4. Hahaa it does look like you are having a terrible time 😉
I wrote about body checks this week and it was a rather difficult topic for me to write about, yet an important one! Check it out if you or anyone would like… http://amazingasset.com/2011/05/19/check-out-that-body/

  5. Yeah, looks like it has been an awful experience so far 🙂

  6. Glad to hear you are having such a crappy time! 😉

  7. Oh no! You’d think they’d be a more peppy and friendly bunch.

  8. Ela says:

I was worried for a moment there–laying on the sarcasm a little heavy, are we? I hope you’re having a great time…

  9. Teehee! Don’t worry, I’m not jealous. I like reading these recaps, it looks like a lot of fun!

  10. Brittany says:

We’re having sooooooo much fun 🙂 Loved loved loved meeting you!

  11. You are a good friend. You’re such a good friend that I DON’T CARE IF THE CONFERENCE WAS BAD (which it’s not) because I just wanna be with you. Creepy much?

  18. Thanks for not making me jealous 😛

  19. Reading all of the recaps is making me jealous… but determined to go next year and to go to Healthy Living Summit this year!

  21. Emily says:

It looks like tons of fun! It also seems like you all had great weather. Glad you enjoyed.

My favorite post of last week is about motivations. I’m finding that it’s a lot easier than I thought to keep myself motivated with words

  22. I was worried for a minute there! I’m glad you had a great time. I am so tired from BlogHer. It was such a great event. It’s so nice to be around people that understand what you’re doing!

  23. LOLing at the post…ha!

glad you’re having a blast and the irony is that BHFood is in ATL this weekend, and youre in the area, but went to Fitbloggin instead. Need to hear more about that all and to find out if you’re coming to the BH in San Diego?!

Whenever you have time, and you’re home, shoot me an email if you get a second 🙂

    • Tina says:

Nope – no BH in San Diego. 🙁

And they actually announced the BHFood in ATL after I purchased my Fitbloggin ticket. I laughed at the irony too. Conferences NEVER come to ATL!

  24. I can so tell what a horrid time you are having 😉 Hope it continues to be awful…lol! 😀

  25. Thanks for trying to make me feel like I’m not missing out on what appears to be the best conference yet! 🙂 Wish I could of made it, but it looks like you had a great time.

  26. My favorite post I wrote this week was for my sister who just graduated college: http://www.makinggoodchoicesblog.com/2011/05/5-years-down-the-road.html
Thanks for not letting us feel like we were missing out 🙂 glad you had fun !

  27. Thanks for not rubbing it in. 😉 Even with all of that crumminess you speak of, I wish I was there. There’s always next year, right? Hope you had a blast!!

  28. jobo says:

Ha! Too funny. sounds like a craptastic weekend. how did you ever manage not to want to jab your eyeball out with a fork? ;-P

  29. Mandy says:

    Glad you are having fun!

  30. Britany says:

I love your spin on the Fit Bloggin’ recap.

So glad that we were able to meet at the conference but sad that I didn’t get to spend more time with you.

    • Tina says:

I know!!! And I’m also sorry that my crew headed out so quickly Saturday night. I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye. 🙁

We WILL meet again someday I’m sure. And hopefully then have way more time to catch up. Love to you, Brittany!

  31. Geraldine says:

    Glad I missed nothing! 🙂

  32. Ha! I love good sarcasm!
