I have recently discovered your blog along with all the other healthy living blogs and I’m hooked!
I do work out daily (run and lift weights) and am constantly guzzling down water, This bottle would be great!

  14. Confession: I buy water-bottles like nobody’s biz! I feel like even after washing normally they get funky-tasting after awhile! So I replace (even BPA-free) water bottles about every 4 – 6 months. I am also a sucker for bright colored ones ๐Ÿ™‚

  15. Thank you for the lovely comment! I love your blog and you are turly an inspiration for all women.

As for hydration- a cute waterbottle goes a long way! I keep mine on me at all times, and a glass of water by my bed at all times too!

  16. Nadia(sunshine) says:

I subscribed to you on the RSS feed, but just in case that didn’t work, here are my thoughts on hydration:

I never leave home without a bottle of water! As someone who is on my feet and moving around a lot, I find thirst a pretty common occurrence for me.

Proper hydration is so vital to a persons well being. Over half of our bodies are made up of water and every system in our body depends on water. Mild dehydration can lead to feelings of hunger and fatigue.

Even though our bodies are made up of so much water, too much water consumption or the incorrect consumption of water(choking) can lead to our deaths. Keeping this in mind, just as with many other things, water is something that should to be consumed based on the needs of our bodies.

A reusable water bottle is better for the earth and the pocket book! A reusable BPA free water bottle that helps keep water cool is an ideal item to help meet the hydration needs of those who, like myself, are out and about.

I would feel lucky to receive the water bottle giveaway from Thermos.

  41. I am all about hydration. I used to not be. Really don’t like water. But I have a 32 oz glass that I started to keep on my desk. My rule is finish 1 before lunch and 1 after. That doesn’t include what I drink during and after workouts. Once I got on the hydration train, I realized real quickly the importance. It makes such a big difference. And that comment was probably way longer than you had intended….

  42. There is no way I’d leave you off of my blogroll!

  43. I already follow you on twitter and am so glad you joined twitter land.
